Damping oscillation

Applies to the base lineage

The post-mortem tells you to damp an oscillation. These are the verbs for it. Cull thins a tier at once. Ration slows plant regrowth for a while, which starves a boom before it peaks. Suppress raises the energy a tier needs to breed, which flattens the swing without killing anything. All three mark the run assisted.

The tier is the tunable paid-advantage: capped +earn / +cap / +starting Biomass. Ranked disables it and fixes the budget, so the ladder stays pure skill.

Each tier is bigger and eats the one below (plants → tier 1 → … → apex). Your score counts only while the whole chain lives; the run ends only if the base collapses. Longer chains are far harder to keep intact.
